Art and community
Creating, connecting and being in nature are my loves. For the past two decades I have created art therapeutically and as a visual artist. I have sold abstract artworks and taught mandala workshops to children and adults.
I’ve used art as a way to work through difficulties, connect with my intuition, visualize and create goals such as travelling and living a flexible work and life balance!
I have worked within different community and health settings and have seen the benefits for people suffering from grief, loss and trauma, anxiety and depression. My experience has been assisting refugee families and those relocating due to domestic violence. With people in aged care, hospitals and children within a hospice. I have worked with sensory issues, social anxiety and people on the autism spectrum. I have also facilitated mindfulness based personal development workshops to small and large groups.
I look forward to connecting with you soon!
